Commercial and industrial security fencing — engineered for Manitoba soil, Manitoba winters, and the sites that can’t afford a breach.
Chain link, welded wire, and custom steel — fabricated in our Winnipeg shop, installed by our own crews. Every line post is set to frost depth. Every run is built to survive the freeze-thaw cycle that quietly destroys cheaper fence. No subcontractor mystery.
The industrial workhorse. Hot-dipped galvanized mesh on galvanized posts, in 6 ft, 8 ft, and 10 ft heights. Tension-wired top and bottom for sites where intrusion means downtime.
PVC-coated mesh and framework in black, green, or brown. Reads cleaner against landscaping and architecture — ideal for condos, parkades, office parks, and municipal properties.
Heavy-gauge welded mesh with narrow apertures — fingers don’t fit, tools don’t fit. The standard for substations, data centres, and critical infrastructure.
Palisade fencing, ornamental steel, crash-rated barriers, and site-specific designs fabricated in-house. Welded, primed, and finished to spec.
Barbed wire outriggers or concertina razor coil for sites with real threat profiles. Six-line or three-strand configurations available on any height.
Concrete-filled steel bollards, removable bollards, and crash-rated vehicle barriers. Installed where fencing ends and vehicle approach begins.
Yard, driveway, and acreage fencing built to the same standards as our commercial work — just sized for residential lots. Frost-depth corner posts, hot-dipped galvanized hardware, heavy-gauge framework. No box-store kits.
Galvanized or black-vinyl PVC mesh. The yard fence that won’t sag in five years and won’t rust in ten. Privacy slats available.
Cedar or pressure-treated pickets on steel posts. The privacy fence that doesn’t lean — wood’s look, steel’s lifespan.
Powder-coated aluminum or steel pickets with decorative tops. The right look for higher-end residential and front-yard frontage.
UV-stable PVC panels in white, beige, or tan. No staining, no painting, no rot. Privacy, semi-privacy, and picket profiles.
Heavy-gauge welded mesh for residential lots that need real containment — dog runs, livestock paddocks, garden boundaries kids and rabbits can’t squeeze through.
Code-compliant 4 ft+ pool enclosures with self-closing, self-latching gates. Aluminum, ornamental steel, and mesh systems that pass inspection on the first visit.
Wood-look composite boards on steel posts. The modern privacy fence — no staining, no warping, no rotting. Lifespan of vinyl with the visual weight of wood.

Fence that works in Ontario doesn’t automatically work here. Our frost depth is deeper, our temperature swings are wider, and our sites are bigger. Every S Tier install is spec’d for local conditions.
If the perimeter matters, we’ve built it.
Equipment storage, aggregate, scrap — sites that lose money every night the perimeter is soft.
Welded wire with razor top. Built to CSA and utility-owner specifications.
Compact compound fencing with signed gates and carrier-approved finishes.
Yard fencing scaled to trailer volume, integrated with slide gates and LPR.
Black-vinyl chain link and ornamental steel that reads residential but performs commercial.
Water, power, telecom, government sites — fabricated to the standard the asset demands.
Fencing alone is a barrier. Add a gate and you have a controlled entry. Add access control and surveillance and you have a perimeter that actually responds to what’s happening on site. We build all four layers in-house, which means fewer trades on site and one phone number when something needs attention.
Picking the right fence is a decision with a decades-long tail. These walk through the trade-offs.
Chain link vs. welded wire vs. ornamental steel — what each is actually for.

Material choice is a lifespan decision. Here’s what to expect in Manitoba conditions.
Chain link, welded wire, ornamental steel, and palisade. All-metal fence is the longest-lasting option. Hot-dipped galvanized hardware handles Manitoba humidity and road salt for decades.
Salt exposure from road solvents can affect the finish over time, and scratches happen. We recommend cleaning powder-coated fence in salt-exposed areas and touch-up paint when needed to keep the finish intact.
Heavy-gauge vinyl with UV-stabilized resin. No painting, no staining, no rot. A solid mid-range lifespan with virtually zero maintenance.
Wood pickets last about 15 years. With our PostMaster steel post system, the posts outlast the wood by decades — when pickets wear out, replace just the wood on the same long-lasting posts for far less than a full fence replacement.
Fence posts are set 3–4 ft deep for standard fence lines. Gate posts go 6–8 ft deep — deeper if the client has the budget. We use two methods depending on the site.
Most cost-effective and naturally frost-resistant. The hollow post installed directly in earth resists heave forces well.
Concrete poured below the surface and backfilled above. Frozen ground above the pile provides resistance to upward frost forces — the best frost protection available.
Different security needs, different fence. Here’s how they compare.
Most affordable option. Step up to commercial grade with barbed wire for a stronger deterrent. Good baseline security for most sites.
More expensive but provides better cut-through protection than chain link. The stronger security option when breach resistance matters.
Arguably the most secure — solid steel pickets are extremely difficult to cut. Also the most expensive. Best for high-end commercial and estate properties.
Don’t overlook privacy as security. If no one can see what’s on the other side, they may not find a reason to break in. Privacy slats, sheet metal, or solid panels add a layer of deterrence.
